同じシーア派でも、サドル派はどうもよく判らないところがある。イランの手先と見る者もいれば、ナショナリストと見る者もいる。外から見ると意見が真っ二つに分かれている。しかし、今日Raedさんが紹介しているヨルダンの新聞記事では、

国民対話戦線のスンニ派ムトラクさんは、宗派民族を超えた国民救済戦線にはサドル運動も含まれるとしている。ご承知のように、同じスンニ派でもサドル派とSCIRIは今でも小さな衝突が続いている。そしてサドル派は基本的に米軍撤退を要求している側であり、SCIRIは米軍駐留を容認している側である。
