Refueling continues in Japan. The Red Bravo flag is still flying as they pump in the Bunker C heavy fuel that the International Maritime Organization has ruled cannot be used below Sixty Degrees South. Another blatant violation of International law by a nation that has displayed contempt for international conservation law. This smacks of nationalistic arrogance and we intend to challenge both their arrogance and their murderous intentions in the Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary.
