Broome Shire councillors will tomorrow vote on a proposal to restore
the town's sister city relationship with Taiji and apologise to Japan for the offence caused.
ブルーム州議員達は明日、太地との姉妹都市関係を修復し日本に対しなされた無礼を謝罪するべきか投票を行う。

There was a community backlash when the shire voted to suspend Broome and Taiji's
sister-city relationship in August, in protest at Taiji's annual dolphin cull.
両都市の姉妹都市関係の停止を議決した際には、太地でのイルカ漁に対する団体的反発運動があった。

The shire has released the motion to be considered at tomorrow's special meeting.
同州は明日の特別集会にて提案が熟慮されると発表している。

It suggests restoring the towns' relationship, while still communicating
Broome's opposition to the killing of dolphins.
その提案において、都市関係の修復する一方、イルカを殺すことに対しては今だ反対であることを伝えることとなる。

The motion, by Cr Michael Albert, will be up for debate from 5:00pm (AWST) tomorrow at the council chambers.
提案者はマイケル・アルバート。議論は明日午後５時から、同州議場にて行われる。
