（１）中国のことをどのように漢字表記しているか

韓国語で支那のことを何と呼ぶか、韓国語入門のテキストで調べたところ、漢字表記は「中国」、発音は反切表から見ると「チュクク」らしいです。

韓国では基本的に漢字の使用をやめてハングルオンリーの表記になっていて、一流大学卒業者でも漢字が読めない状況になっているそうです。ただしサムスンなど一部大企業では漢字能力は有用であるとして社内で漢字学習を奨励しているとも聞きます。人名・地名がハングル表記なのかどうかについてはよく分かりません。ただインターネットで韓国の地図を調べた範囲ではハングルのみ表記のものが多いようです。
