今回のも、文脈が不十分。

apparentlyは、結構やっかい。「表面的には〜だが、実際はそうじゃない」という意味はどうもないようだ。（そういう用法もあると記憶していたのだが。）「明らかに〜だ」というのはあり得るようだが。もうすこし調べて（聞いて）みるが。
