Dear latecomer-san.
Dear latecomer-san,
The issue of Taiwan is very complexed, it cannot be covered by merely a few words. All I can say is that the mainland Chinese government has a stance, so do the Hong Kong, Taiwanese, Japanese, and US governments. Ininternational politics, issues are not solved as simply as "I wish that....". There are a lot of factors involved which are beyond my ability to understand fully. latecomer-san, since you have more experience than I do, maybe you can tell me more about what youthink.
I apologized earlier for my comment about Japanese men, but I would apologize again if necessary. But you also did the same I did by saying the same thing about what Hong Kong Chinese would do.
Regarding your comment that Chinese people bettercare more about themselves....I agree that Chinese need to rethink about their roles in Chinese and overseas Chinese societies. There is always room for improvement, whether it be social, political, cultural, or economic. However, that doesn't mean weare totally deprived of the right to comment on others. In Japan, there is serious "ijime" problem but that doesn't mean Japanese people cannot comment on the behaviour of kids in other countries, right? But, latecomer-san, I totally agree with what youadvised Chinese people to do. There are many areas we need to think about ourselves.
Um...your last comment is quite interesting......I admit that I don't have a lot of experience in society yet, since I am still a student. But that is why I am hereto learn. I want to learn Japanese and know how Japanese think. This will be very beneficial to me and possibly my parents and my friends too because I will share with them what I learn in this forum. I realize that some gentlemen here are married andhave kids already, so many of you will have more experience than I do. And I would like you to share your views and feelings with me. I might be young but my brain is always eager to learn. So, tell me what you think. Thanks!
