Your idea is indeed very interesting and will be very peaceful to the world. I would like this happen only that America and Russia can reduce their nuclear weapons to minimal levels first. However, this will never happen because China will never be under the protection of the US; this is the same as letting one controlled by the US. In fact, holding nuclear weapons acts more like a "bargaining chip" on the negotiation table. US threatened to use nuclear weapons against China during the Korean War. I don't know whether the Americans knew how Chinese would feel hearing that they would be bombed by nuclear weapons. Also, China holds minimal nuclear weapons compared to the US and Russia.

But anyway, I like your idea of reducing nuclear weapons, because it will ensure that everybody that holds weapons will have less chance of using them.
