対イラク武力行使

以前に、どなたかが紹介していたと思うけど、イラクの種苗業に関する記事。Iraqi Orderというのは、ＣＰＡ時代に発行された命令で将来にわたってイラク国民に拘束力を持つようだ

前文を日本語にすると、

この代わりに誰が種苗を提供するかというと・・・・、余程のバカじゃない限り、すぐに思いつくでしょう。しかし、イラクで農園が破壊されているというニュースがかなり伝わってきていたのですが、このためでもあったんですかね？

だとすると、米国というのは本当にスゴイ。
