対イラク武力行使

「イラクの現政権の首相の野心はイラクの国境をはるかにこえたものである。そしてこの計画はWMDにアクセスがあるという前提で行われている」と語っています。

また１９９４年にイラクから亡命した元核兵器開発部長の話では、
When the inspectors started arriving, we would just lock the doors to the areas where we were working. We would take the inspectors on a path that was constructed so that we could bypass the locked doors. Behind the locked doors was where we were working to enrich the uranium to design the bomb.

「査察団が最初に現れると、我々は自分たちの働いていた部屋のドアに鍵をかけ、鍵のかかったドアの前をとおらずに、すでに建設してあった回り道に案内した。鍵のかかったドアの無効で我々は爆弾ようのウラニウム加工を研究していた。」

またフセインはイランイラク戦争で使ったとされる化学兵器の量を大幅に割り増しで報告をしたり、化学兵器の実験を１９９１年以降にしていたことを認めていながら、その兵器を破棄した証拠を提示していません。
