えらい違いませんか？

"high-strength"ということは、heavily processedということです。でなければ、weapons-gradeにはなりません。しかしウィルソン氏ははじめから、"lightly processed ore"としており、"high-strength"という形容はしていませんよ。
これって、大統領の側に事実の誇張がありませんか？

テネット長官が認めたのは、この事実の誇張だったのでは？
