正確な日本語訳は他の人にお任せして、どっかの国が「あそこの国には間違いなく大量破壊兵器がある」と言って攻撃するぞと脅し、その国家元首に向かって４８時間以内に国外退去しろと言ったものの、出て行かなかったので、連日激しい爆撃をして、市民や非戦闘員を殺してしまう行為は、何と定義されるのでしょうか？

おまけに、大量破壊兵器がなかったにもかかわらず、その国に居座り、相変わらずその国の国民を、一説では１０万人以上殺し続けているのは、何と定義されるのでしょうか？
