And it is never foolish to doubt your own reasoning when dealing with expert organizations like Medact.

At least they are more knowledgable about the real-life situations in present-day Iraq 　 than you cuz they are actually out there doing their work while the best you can do is to scrutinize secondhand information coming from the media.
