対イラク武力行使

横から申し訳ないが豆知識を。

なるほど 　 犯人の一人 　 イラク人Yashinには
FBIが2500万ドルの懸賞金をかけている。

で、イラク政府は過去に米国政府に対して、過去二回にわたり
Yashinの身柄引渡しを提案した。
（と少なくともアジズ外相はCBSのインタビューで過去に語っている。）

Aziz: We said, ok, we will take the man to the capital of that
country and deliver him to the American authorities. But, they should
sign a paper that they have received Yasin from the Iraqi authorities
in the presence of the third party. They refused to sign the paper
and therefore the delivery did not go through.

第三国で引き渡す事に合意するが、
Yashinを受け取ったという書類にサインしろと米当局に要求したら、
それを彼らは拒否した。
だから引渡しはうまく行かなかった…
てな内容。

「色々な可能性を考え」ないといけないのはアルカイダおよびイラクに対する
米国政府の対応のほうなのでは…
