Mr. Rivebend,
You say Iraq people don't want foreign troops in your land. But I think it would please Saddam extremely if all foreign troops withdrew from Iraq, he would most likely take it over again. I don't believe that's something Iraq people are hoping to happen. Then, what plan do people there have in their mind?
