＞First Kuwaiti Trading & Contracting, also known as First Kuwaiti, is a construction company that has been engaged as a subcontractor by Halliburton（ハリバートン） subsidiary Kellogg, Brown and Root to build the Embassy of the United States in Baghdad. It was founded in 1999.

The company has received substantial criticism, both for the physical quality of their work [1], and for allegations of labor abuse which came to light in testimony given by former First Kuwaiti employees [2] to an Oversight Committee of the United States Congress - one former employee went so far as to say that First Kuwaiti engaged in kidnapping.
