其實所有國家應該共同使同一張貨幣與身分證明的智能晶片，讓所有亞洲國民同樣可以使用共同貨幣及順利入境。當然所有亞洲國家同意成立亞洲經濟共同體後，才能商議如何實際使用貨幣與智能晶片的設施。

「台獨問題」成為亞洲地區的計時炸彈，星加坡的李顯龍總理訪問台灣時，已經向陳水扁反映所有亞洲國家的憂慮，也許將來所有東南亞國家共同發出關於台海形勢的「亞洲宣言」，避免一場連累亞洲各國的戰爭。

現在民進黨的政府採取「曲線式」的獨立途徑，住在台南，高雄的台灣本省人多數支持台獨(占整體台灣人口百分之四十五以上)，而外省人則採納不統不獨的方式，當然立法院的國民黨，親民黨與新黨必須在十二月立法會選舉取得過半數的議席，才能阻止民進黨繼續執行「曲線式」的台獨政策，否則台海兩岸的和平現状將會岌岌可危。

現在美國關心全球核武器擴散的問題，因為許多恐怖分子容易得到這些核武器，特別是北韓，伊朗，利比亞秘密發展核武器的國家，對美國及其他西歐國家構成嚴重的威脅，美國共和黨政府必須採取先發制人的手段，否則美國的紐約或華盛頓將會成為恐怖分子試驗投射核武器的場所。
