Israeli forces allowed pita bread, cheese and other badly needed supplies Saturday into Yasser Arafat (news - web sites)'s office building, where the Palestinian leader was effectively under detention, able to hear Israeli soldiers speaking Hebrew just on the other side of the walls, aides said.
