＞新華社電によると、中国公安当局は２０日午後２時（日本時間同３時）ごろ、北京の天安門広場で法輪功の横断幕を掲げた外国籍の３５人を、集会デモに関する法や邪教に関する法に違反したとして連行し、国外退去処分にした。３５人は広場に座り込み、法輪功のスローガンを叫んだという。
＞中国外務省の章啓月・副報道局長は２０日、３５人の連行について事実関係を把握していないとしたうえで、「中国政府は法律に基づいて法輪功を取り締まっている。これは邪教組織であり、（取り締まりは）中国公民の基本的人権を保護するためのものである」と説明した。

また、「取り締まりは中国公民の基本的人権を保護するため」との中国思いやり報道であるが、それは朝日がいう「人治主義」ではないのかな。 つまり、「共産党独裁崩壊の恐れにつながる、と中国政府は危惧し、単なる団体までも取り締まろうと躍起になっている」ということでは。 中国のＷＴＯ加盟、これからがホント楽しみです。

Police detained 35 foreign followers of the banned Falun Gong spiritual movement as they unfurled a banner in Tiananmen Square on Tuesday in a protest against "violence and terror" inflicted on believers in China.
警察は、中国の信者に「暴力と恐怖」を与えたと抗議して火曜日の天安門広場で旗を揚げたので、 法輪功支援外国人35人を拘留した。
The protesters raised a yellow banner saying "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance" in English and Chinese in the middle of the square at about 2.00 p.m. (0600 GMT), according to witnesses and a Falun Gong statement.
複数の目撃者や法輪功の声明によれば、彼等抗議者はこの日の現地時間午後２時頃、天安門広場で「誠実・共感・忍耐」などと中国語と英語で書かれた警告ののぼりを掲げた。
"We are here to appeal on behalf of tens of thousands of innocent people who suffer imprisonment, torture or even death at the hands of their own government in China," said the statement issued by the U.S.-based Falun Dafa Information Centre.

Falun Gong says more than 50,000 adherents have been sent to prisons, labour camps and mental hospitals in China since the group was banned in 1999, and about 300 have died in custody.
