日韓・経済復活！活性化の秘策について

＞アダムスミス氏の国籍とその考え方を主張し始めた年代ををお教え願えませんか？もしよろしければお願い致します．

ひょっとして、これ冗談でいっていると思ったのだけど。本気なの。本気での質問だとして話を進めるけど、アダム・スミスは気の利いた中学生なら知っているレベルの人間だよ。ましてや、ここは経済などという言葉が入っているトピだよ。高校のレベルなら間違いなく知っているはずの知識だよ。何人かの人がいっているのはこういうことではないのかな。まあ、勉強はいつしてもいいけど。

アダム・スミスの経済学は自由主義を縦糸し、倫理度得を横糸とする。これは国富論（諸国民の富）にも散見される。彼の著作「道徳情操論」と「国富論」ではかなり対照的なところがあるけど。ある本を書き写すとこのようになる。

道徳情操論では道徳生活の規範として同情という利他的感情を、国富論では経済生活の動機が必ずしも道徳と一致しない利己心を強調している。この二つは全能なる神が人間にあたえたものである。

次に1776年に観光された国富論の最初の方の一部を書いておこう。(これはグラスゴー大学時代の抗議をまとめたもの）。ただし内容は分業について書いたもので、それほどおもしろいものではないが、分業論の嚆矢。

Of the Division of Labour

The great improvement in the producitve powers of labour, and the greater part of the skill, dexterity, and judgment with which it is anywhere
directed , or applied, seem to have been the effects of the division of labour.

The effect of the division of labour, in the general business of society,
will be more easily understood by considering in what manner it operates in some particular manufactures. It is commonly supposed to be carried furthest in some very trifling ones; not perhaps that it realy is carried further in them than in others of more importance:
but in those tirifling manufactures which are destined to supply the small wants of but a small number of poeple, the whole number of workmen must necessarily be small・・・・
