＜SCAPIN＞
The Imperial Japanese Government is directed to 【cease exercising, or attempting to exercise, governmental or administrative authority over any area outside of Japan, or over any government officials and employees or any other persons within such areas.
「行政上・政治上の【権利行使】の【停止】」。

＜サンフランシスコ条約＞
Japan will concur・・・・, the United States will have the 【right to exercise all and any powers of administration, Iegislation and jurisdiction】 over the territory and inhabitants of these islands, including their territorial waters.

アメリカが「行政・司法・立法の【権利】」を取得することを権原を有する日本が是認。
※平和条約と共に占領地の法的地位を失ったが、この条項によりアメリカの統治の継続を可能とした。（権原(TITLE）の放棄でも割譲でもないことに注意）

＜小笠原返還協定＞
1. With respect to Nanpo Shoto and other islands, as defined in paragraph 2 below, the United States of America relinquishes in favor of Japan all 【rights】 and 【interests】 under Article 3 of the Treaty of Peace with Japan signed at the city of San Francisco on September 8, 1951, effective as of the date of entry into force of this Agreement. Japan, as of such date, assumes full responsibility and authority for the exercise of all and any powers of administration, legislation and jurisdiction over the territory and inhabitants of the said islands.

アメリカから「【権利】と【権益】」の返還（権原は日本のままだったので返還対象ですらない）。
