今回は、火病の定義のようです。

In Oriental medicine,HBis defined as (a) a neurotic fire or
anger that develops due to repression of emotions in reaction
to suffering extreme injustice (H. G. Cho, 1991); (b) disharmony
between vital energy (Ki) and fire (Koo & Lee,
1993); (c) an illness with the patterns of Hwa or an illness
related to the Hwa concept in Chinese medicine in terms of
neurosis and psychosomatism (J. S. Lee, 1994); (d) the state
with a sense of heat in the body due to emotional stress and an
illness caused by a disturbance in the balance between yin
(negative force) and yang (positive force); HB is the consequence
of extreme acceleration of body functions, especially
yang, which has the characteristic of fire of seven emotions
(Moon et al., 1988); or (e) the dynamic state of fire, mainly in
the chest and the head, which has six characteristics: stagnation
of vital energy, depression of liver energy, imbalance
between heart (yang) and kidney (yin), accumulation of fire,
fire syndrome caused by the disorders of the five emotions,
and a deficiency of yin, which leads to fire (Kim & Whang,
1994).

東洋医学では、火病は、(a)極度の不公平感から生じる感情を抑圧するゆえに発生する神経症的激情や怒り（チョー、1991）、(b)生命力（気）と激情の間の不調和（クー、リー、1993）、(c)「火」を伴った疾病、もしくは神経症や精神身体症状についての漢方医学の「火」概念に関連する疾病（リー、1994、(d)感情抑圧や陰と陽のバランスの崩れによって引き起こされる疾病が原因となって起きる身体の灼熱感；火病は、特に「陽」によって引き起こされる極端な身体機能の促進の結果であり、7つの火の感情が特徴である（ムーン等、1988）、(e)主に胸部、頭部に発生するダイナミックな「火」の状態をいうが、これには6つの特徴的な症状がある：やる気の名さ、肝エネルギーの低下、熱(陽）と腎(陰）のアンバランス、「火」の蓄積、５つの感情の乱れによって引き起こされる「火」症候群、陰の欠乏であるが、これらのせいで「火」が生じるのである（キム、ワン、1994）。
