一ヶ月ほど休んでいたHBの翻訳の再開です。依然として研究手法の説明ですね。

In this study, we
reevaluated each HB symptom using the factor analysis with
varimax rotation. Four items with factor complexity were
deleted. Consequently, 56 items with six dimensions were
used for analyses. The six dimensions were 9 quick-tempered
personality characteristics; 7 familial problems; 9 emotional
problems; 15 subjective evaluative items related to life; 10
physical symptoms, mainly localized aches or pains on the
upper part of body; and 6 physical symptoms related to sensation
of heat. These factors explained 52.4% of the total variance.
The internal consistency reliability, Cronbach’s alpha,
of each of the dimensions was from .82 to .92. In addition, in
this study awoman with a score higher than 2was regarded as
potentially experiencing HB.

本調査では、バリマックス回転(測定値と因子が一致するように縦軸と横軸を回転させること）による因子分析を使用してそれぞれの火病の徴候を再評価した。因子が複合する４つの項目は削除した。この結果、６次元の４６の項目が分析に使用された。６次元とは、９つの気短な人格的特徴、７つの家族起因の問題、９つの感情問題、１５の生活に関係した主観的な評価項目、主として上半身に現れる部分的な痛みとしての１０の身体的兆候、６つのほてりに関連した身体的徴候、である。これらの因子により、全体的な差異の52.4％の説明がついた。それぞれの次元におけるクローンバックのアルファー係数(信用性を測定する手法の一つ）である内部一致の信頼性は82から92であった。この研究では2以上のスコアを示す女性は火病の経験ありとした。
