米国オバマ大統領と英国ブラウン首相が息を合わせて
「影の金融システム（The Shadow Banking System）」の
非合法化を呼びかけました。
『In other words, I know these steps won’t sit well with the special interests and lobbyists who are invested in the old way of doing business, and I know they’re gearing up for a fight as we speak. My message to them is this：“So am I.”』（オバマ）
「いいかえれば、古いビジネスのやり方に投資してきた特殊権益集団やロビイストにとってこれらのステップはしっくりこないでしょうし、こうして話している間にも彼らは戦いに備えて準備をしていることを、私は知っています。彼らへの私のメッセージはこうです：それは私も同じだ、というものです。」（オバマ）
『“You don't want shadow banking systems. You don't want regulatory tax havens. So we've got to act as a world together to deal with that. And that's one of the things we'll be talking about in April in London.』（ブラウン）
「あなたは影の金融システムを望んでいません。また規制されたタックスヘイブンも欲しくない。だったら、その問題に対処するには世界が一緒に行動しなくてはならない。今度ロンドンで４月に話すことの一つは、そのことです」（ブラウン）
二人は本気なのでしょうか？影の金融システムに真っ向から立ち向かったリンカーンもケネゲィーも暗殺されています。しかし今度は英米の首脳が同時に発言している！！
これが実現できたら本当にオバマ公約どおりの「チェンジ」です。
