例によって、IWC年報は国際公文書として著作権を主張していないので、
すべてコピーしても何の問題も無いです。

諸外国の図書館を検索すると、IWC年報を置いているところは非常に多いのですが、
日本国内では閲覧が難しいし、コピーに手間ひまかかるのであえて貼ります。
