北朝鮮の発言：
The issue has essentially been resolved. The only thing left by now is 　 to inseure the safe return of the 5 servivers picked in Pyongyang.
If Japan is genuinely interested in resolving pending issues, such as the abduction issue, she must address her past crimes completely by this closing facts of tragedies and duly compensating the the victims.

続く国連次席大使・木村芳之氏の反論：
The Japanese government does NOT think 　 the abduction issue has been solved AT ALL. That 5 abductees who came back to Japan last October after an absence of 25 years are still separeted from the families that they left behind in Pyongyang. The return of the families must be realized! 　 （大文字のところを強調して発言してました。）
