Finally, whether you are citizens of America or citizens of the world, ask of us here the same high standards of strength and sacrifice which we ask of you. 神の祝福と助けをもとめながらも、この地球上では神の仕事はわれわれ自身でなしとげなければならないということを肝に銘じて、われわれの愛すべき国を導くために前進しよう。

ここ解釈が少し違っていた。≪神の祝福と助けをもとめながらも≫が原文通りだが、

雲の間からblessing（後光）で照らして神が我々の行動を見守っている。だからそれに恥じないようにわれわれの愛すべき国を導くために前進しよう。神が雲の上からいつも眺めていると言う解釈かな。原文だけでは解らないけどね。間違った行動をとると撥があたるかな。日本軍の爆弾で足が不自由になったのは、ケネディ自身です。彼は常に杖を持っていたし、車椅子の時も使っていたらしい。脊髄に障害があったようだ。日本では、絶対にその映像は出さなかったようだ。

公民権運動は、キング牧師、マルコムXなどが ≪Bullet≫暗殺されたが、Lyndon Baines JohnsonのAddress to a Joint Session of Congress on Voting Legislation"We Shall Overcome"で黒人にballot（選挙権）が与えられひとまず落ち着いたようだ。


Every American citizen must have an equal right to vote.

There is no reason which can excuse the denial of that right. There is no duty which weighs more heavily on us than the duty we have to ensure that right.

Wednesday, I will send to Congress a law designed to eliminate illegal barriers to the right to vote.

Allow men and women to register and vote whatever the color of their skin.

Extend the rights of citizenship to every citizen of this land.
