So, I guess that the conclusion is that we cannot always take "official" announcements or newspaper articles literally and we must think whether that is really true or not. Also, we cannot rule out the chance of making mistakes. Even President Jiang had mistakenly said the "Republic of China" when he should have said the "People's Republic of China." But everybody knew that he meant the "People's Republic of China."
