Chinese Sentiment
Dear Mr.Danbenniu:
It is totally your business to think that "chinese, our chinese have enouth confidence to overcome these with our wisdom," No one would disagree with you having your own idea.
What I really want to say is that theChinese sentiment like yours usually works adversely. You had better see the real history in which the people in China have been exploited by their own rulers.I mean to include by the word "rulers" the current communist government. Chairman Mao was wise butmade a mistake:he did not trust people. You know that.
Foreign powers including Japan had exploited China. It is true. But could people in China have resisted all those foreign invasion without their knowledge of all the corruptions and secrete dealsmade by officers and warlords with British,French and Germans when they began invading China( far before Japan forwarded its armies to China) ? I doubt it.
I think the primary reason China has been in such a miserable condition for such a long timeis because the ruling class have made the Chinese people as blind and stupid as possible through cutting off material information from abroad, hiding corruptions by high-ranking officials, putting many people in jail who resisted against gevornment'spolicies.
China could have been more prosperous than it is now if the government were toppled by the people and consequently democracy was established by the people. It is really sad most of the Chinese won't believe that possibility.
Best,
OfHumanbondage
