So at least, you have to be able to read instructions and understand them in Japanese to be registered with Yahoo! Japan.

なるほど、日本には住んでないが、日本のシステムにアクセス可能でかつ日本語がわかるというわけだな。ヤフーは日本のサービスで、海外のとは違って独自のIDシステムを使ってるからな、それくらいはわかるんだよ。ヤフージャパンのドメインでは海外のIDは使えない。つまり、少なくとも日本語を読んで理解できなければヤフージャパンに登録はできないってわけだ。

I wouldn't say what you have said is bullshit, but your facts are twisted or at least exaggerated. I think we know enough of the atrocities we have commited in your land -- if you live in China. The textbooks and the postwar education have taught us enough of the crimes committed by our previous generations that we decided to forever renounce war. This pacifist ideal is deeply rooted within the minds of all Japanese people.
