Dear every gentleman and lady in this forum,

Another thing I would like to point out is that in international politics, every action has to be backed by power. Japan has a large economy, so she can play economic cards in the internationalstage. China is now focussing on building its economy. Everybody in China or all overseas Chinese know that in order to become strong, one must have a powerful economy to make anything possible. China's economy is growing very fast, although there are manyproblems to be solved such as commercial laws, red tape, corruption, it is going in the right direction. Everybody has high hopes for Premier Zhu because he can be considered one of the most able leaders in the Chinese government. His vigor and determinationto completely turn China's economic landscape around is truely very admirable. No one in this world has never been assigned the task to completely overhaul the economy of a country which has 1.2 billion people. Every Chinese person knows that China isgetting stronger and stronger. however, in the mean time, they also want the political atmosphere to be more friendly and tolerant of dissentive views.

A very interesting thing is that although America brands China as her enemy, Chinese people andleaders in general are not very anti-American. However, although Japan has not publicly branded China as her enemy (I hope not), the anti-Japan sentiment is stronger than the anti-American sentiment in Chinese people in general. Why? I guess I must askChinese students who are currently studying in Japan. Anyway, I hope that the hostility between China and Japan can one one disappear and Chinese and Japanese can be friends forever. Thank you.
