FEV1%は60%台でPaO2が50Torr台ですね
chest physicianの先生がpatientさんにosteoporosisがあるのでsteroidは使用しないとはなしてました
salmeterolで様子をみてからanti-cholineでbronchodilatationを進めていくような感じでした

pneumoniaのChinese womanさんclarithromycinのdrip infusionでabatementしました
でもなんかseems depressingなんですよ・・・
わたしがwith a smileで話しかけてもignoringされるかabsentmindednessですね
reasonがありそうですがこれからhistory takingで聞き出したいと思います

CVAのpatientさんaphasiaですか・・・
receptiveですか？それともaphemicですか？
troubledですよねcommunicationが取れないと
わたしも一昨年担当したpatientさんがmutilatedのaphemicで言ってることの2/3は理解できませんでした・・・
