「the original source」の事前承認と書いてあるでしょ。

上で述べてある。すぐにレスしたところをみると、君も承認を受けたわけじゃないのでしょ。
君は関係ないことは問題にするようだけど、肝心なところは抜けてるよ。

ま、国連が拒否するわけないだろうけどね。
ここのサイトでは民間企業である新聞社の記事を貼り付けている人が多いが、ＵＲＬを示せば、
一応いいんじゃないかな。宣伝にもなるし。ニュースだからな。

だったら「UNSCOMを引き継いだUNMOVICがそれを今回引用しているのです。」と言っていいでしょう。
