対米全面テロ

イラク情勢について言えば、
まず間違いないね、イラク攻撃は。
演説原稿の半分近くを、
イラク問題に使うのだから、
何もないということはありえないな。

「contest of will」、「perseverance is power」というのだから、
アメリカは相当な覚悟をしているということ。
5000人の犠牲者に対して、強い決意をしているということ。
ブッシュは9・11時に大統領であったのだから、
何か責任感を感じてるのかもしれない。
悲壮感すらも感じられる。
単に戦争反対・暴力反対というだけの日本の左翼が、
いかに非常識かがわかる。

「we will not permit the triumph of violence in the affairs of men」
アメリカの強い決意をあらわしているのだね。

20世紀を通じてアメリカは、
独裁者・軍国主義・社会主義の野望を、
主導的に打ち破ってきたという自負がある。
それは世界が認めている。
ついでに、日本の生き残りの左翼も、
どうか打ち破って下さい。
爆撃の練習用のまと代わりに、日本の左翼を使ってくれてもいいよ。

あといろいろ理由を挙げているけど、
結局12年前の武装解除という約束を、
フセインが実行していないということが重要らしい。

またイラクは、独裁者の国としていろいろ国民弾圧をしている、
ということが重要だな。
国民投票の支持率が100パーセントというのが、
一番危険な国としての証拠か。
拷問、虐殺などの限りを尽くしているという認識だな。

イラクの体制変革があれば、問題は少ないのだが、
独裁国に限って民主主義の芽がつぶされてるからな。
あの国を変えられるのは、アメリカだけか。
アルカイーダとの繋がりもあるしな。
アラブ世界と、アメリカとのこれからの関係も当然視野に入れての選択なんだろうな。

日本はいつもアメリカから「our allies」といわれているのだから、
ここは軍事的にも当然その役割を果たすのが義務であろう。
遅れた中国・ロシアグループや、
当てにもならないフランス・ドイツなんかと同調せずに、
英米との同盟関係を強化するのが外交の基本だろう。
