対米全面テロ

午前休みの間に進めてみたら終わっちゃいました。提案部分は箇条書きにすると読み手には一番わかりやすく、また欧米ではもっとも一般的なプレゼン方法なのでそのようにしました。文章体も一応作っておきました。ご査収ください。

With these underpinnings I li__il would like to suggest the following under UN leadership:

1) Paper money should be voluntarily distributed throughout the poorest LDCs(*1);
2) The G7(*2) countries should be asked to allow measures to reduce overall debt balances to adjust economic partialities.

Prompt implementation of these measures would not only facilitate the elimination of poverty as a cause of terrorist acts, but the world would also benefit from casting itself out of the economic turmoil. As an initial phase of the program, I would suggest implementing the voluntary free distribution of paper money. I would be honored to have you review this proposal.

*1: 　 LDC=Least Developed Countries（後発開発後進国）のこと。本当にアナン事務総長宛なら略語で十分と考えます。本来ならLDCだけで最貧国とも同義なんですが、「最貧困諸国」はその中でも最も貧しいという意味だと思うのでそのように訳しました。

*2: 　 先進国＝Developed Countriesは、LDCと比較してわざわざMDC（Most Developed Countries）とは表記しません。先進国＝G7なので、この場合はG7にしました。
