対米全面テロ

拝啓 アナン国連事務総長殿

私事、li__ilは昨今の世界情勢を鑑み、謹んで意見を上申させて頂きます。昨今の世界情勢は、経済的に貧富の格差が露呈されて来て、グローバル化に拠って各国の窮状が窺い知れる時代と成りました。また、アメリカにおける同時多発テロを契機に、経済的混乱等が世界経済を縮小させる事態と成って居ります。アルゼンチンに於いては重債務残高に因り、経済・社会的混乱が起こりつつあります。わが国も、また然りです。これらは、一気に解消出来る事象では無い事が、明白であります。

そこで私事、li__ilは一つの提案をするものであります。それは、国連の主導の下、最貧困諸国には最低限の生きる為の紙幣を譲渡する。それと、その不公平さを是正する名目で、先進諸国には債務減免措置を講ずると言うものです。この提案が速やかに実行され得れば、テロの原因たる貧困問題を解決する事が容易でしょう。また、世界中の経済的混乱からの脱却も図る事が可能です。取りあえず無償奉仕で紙幣を発行するのが、上策と思われます。是非とも御一考の程、宜しくお願い致します。

Dear sir the secretary-general of United Nations,Coffi Anan

I am,li__il will report my opinion on recent a situation of the world.Recently,the world reveal the distance between the poor and the rich economically.It has become the times that due to grobalization make find out the distress of countries in the world.Besides,The terroes in US taking this opportunity,the situation becomes it how the economical disorder and others make shrinking the world economy. In the Argentine Republic begin breaking out the economical and social disorder because of the liabilities in excess of assets.Japan also go on.These problems can not break easilly at a stretch.

Then,I am,li__il suggests a opinion to sir the secretary-general.It is what we offer it that is in need of the paper money for go on living to the most poor countries under a United Nation's guide.And it should be taken measure of a reduction and exemption debt burden to the advanced countries for improving on the pretext of partiality.It will solve the poverty problem of the origin of terroes easilly if the suggestion effects in a moment.Besides,it is also possible plan to avoids the economical disorder over the world.I think,it is good idea for the present that it is issued paper money by volunteer activities.Please give the secretary-general's best regards to taking a matter into consideration by all means.
