＞になるはずなんですよ。

「常識」という言葉をお使いですが、
私には、「常識」には思えません。
その根拠は？

「占領地から撤退したらテロは減る」というのは
ちょっと楽観的すぎるのでは？

それで事態が安定化し、双方が交渉の場に戻れるようになる、とは思えないのですが。
