'Never again'

"Never again" is an argument used repeatedly by Israeli spokesmen to justify what is happening now in the West Bank, says the BBC's Paul Wood in Jerusalem.
The world stood by while Jews were slaughtered in the Holocaust. Today, the Israelis say, they will do whatever it takes to ensure the security of a Jewish state.
But the Palestinians say the Holocaust was a European atrocity, which the Arabs are being made to pay for. They say Israel's birth is their continuing tragedy.
