I have to say that this site is very sad and disappointing. It is shame that so many people are so full of such hatred, paranoia and fear. All of the news stories are slanted and biased, the commentary is racist and promotes violence. It is a shame that in the 21st century this site and the people who seem to go to it are so full of hatred. I believe that most Israelis and Arabs do want peace, and I only hope that the voices that are expressed on this site are a minority. If not, I fear that the Arabs may possess too much fear and hatred for a just solution to the conflict.

The Clinton proposals were hashed and cooked with the Zionists' aspirations in mind. He totally ignores what was passed by the United Nations and was imposed on the Arabs. The question is not what Israel wants to dole out, but why is it that the resolutions can not be implemented. Resolution 194 was a condition of accepting Israel's membership in the United Nations. The refugees were to go back to their towns and villages. Instead, Israel decided to create facts on the ground and demolished every abandoned village in Palestine and denied the refugees the return to their homes and brought thousands of Jews from all over the world to populate the land. Resolutions 242 and 338 were to have the Arabs accept the Hebrew state at the borders established between 1948 and 1967. The settler population was increased by approximately 30% after Oslo. Israel was not negotiating in good faith. Israel is not sacrificing anything. You can not take over people's land by force and that is the whole sto

I have just viewed a poll taken in Israel which suggests that some 50% of Israelis do not want to accept the terms of the peace deal that is currently on the table. Further, I recently saw a poll that suggested that some 50 percnet of Arabs polled (Palestinians) do not favor any peace agreement of any kind. That suggest to me that peace between these arring factions is not likely in the immediate future, though clearly all suffer without it. Look at tourism for both parties. Way down. Look at the economy of the Palestinians: way down. Look at the death tools for both sides and multiply this over an extened period of time. How much longer can this go on?

Iam sick and tired of the palastinians who cry out to the world that they suffer by the handes of israelies, when the current goverment of israel offers them more then 95% of the teretories. i know that they suffer in their miserable refugee camps for fifty years, but that is only because you engraved on your flag the destruction of israel! take responsibility and end your suffer now. take the deal! let us live in peace and start building your country. what do all the ppl in the arab world think? they think israel spontaniously started riots, right? but we and you, palastinians, know that the last three months was you attempt to have a better deal with israel. well was it worth it? the extra 5% that you aint gonna get.
