盧武鉉は、何をしに行ったか？

韓国の新聞では、全然、何が何だか分からないので、米国の新聞を読むと、
とにかく、ブッシュ大統領は、不愉快な顔つき、憮然とした顔つきで殆どしゃべらず、盧武鉉が発言しても、例の、朝鮮式屁理屈のてんこ盛り。
周りのメディアも理解できず、白けていた。そんなところのようです。
朝鮮人特有の、目の前の自分の問題、例えば、会談の前に既に米国が制裁を日本とともに拡大強化したことには丸で触れず、故意に避け、

制裁強化が実施されたのに、この言い方。制裁協議にも加えてもらえなかったのに、一体、何を緊密に話し合う？
Roh and Bush also discussed Seoul's desire to retake wartime command of its troops from the United States. Bush said the United States is committed to the security of the Korean peninsula, and would consult with the South Korean government to determine an appropriate date for it to retake command of its troops.
"We agreed that this is not a political issue," Roh said. "This is an issue that will be discussed through the working-level talks."
