You want civilian to civilian apology, that is stupid because why should one have to make an apology for something that they did not do! Most Japanese were not even born! Your talking about stuff that happened over 60 years ago,Iraq war is now! I feel sorry for you because you are stuck in the past. You have a victim complex.
