さて、世界最大規模の民間自然保護団体である「世界自然保護基金」(WWF)のモーガン氏は、WWF・UK(英国)のホームページの中で、アジア太平洋パートナーシップについて、「排出規制をしない気候変動協定は銃の使用を認める和平協定のようなものだ」と酷評しています。

京都議定書から脱退した唯一の先進国である米国とオーストラリアが主導するこの「アジア太平洋パートナーシップ」については、警戒が必要かと思われます。
