どうやらテロリストの思いどおりにはいかないようです。記事によるとHammoudi委員長は、委員らの安全を確保するための方法を模索中とのこと。

テロが激化するのも必至ですが、少なくとも武装勢力はターゲットをスンニ派委員のみに絞っているようですので、テロリストの言質をとれば、スンニ派委員の身辺警護を強化すれば確かに“予定通り”に起草案は提出されるかもしれません。

憲法草案の内容の詳細はまだ明らかにされていませんが、一部女性の権利に関する条項については女性団体などから抗議の声も上がっているようですが、なんとかいまのイラクの等身大の現実を映した、実行可能な独自憲法の起草を実現してほしいものです。
