対イラク武力行使

３人の人質事件について、syoumenkyousiが、弁護側としてNew York Times紙を引いたのには笑った。

syoumenkyousiは、英語が読めないから内容をよく理解できなかったのだろう。

しょうがないというか、かわいそうというか。

しかし海外の新聞の論調は、よく調べて見ると３人の弁護ばかりではないようだ。

”USATODAY”などは、３人の行動は日本の外交政策一般を危うくさせかねなかったと言う日経の社説を取り上げている。

決して好意的ではない。


"Even though their intentions were good, they should reflect on why they ignored the government's warnings against going to a place as dangerous as Iraq," the conservative Nihon Keizai, Japan's leading financial newspaper, said in an editorial. "They could have compromised Japan's humanitarian mission in Iraq, and this country's foreign policy in general."
