対イラク武力行使

＞そもそも、米国が反対票を本当に投じたのかも分からない。

気になって調べてみました。この件が特に騒がれてないのは、アメリカが国連決議で拒否権を行使するのは、日常茶飯時だからのようですね。

上記のサイトはイスラエルに関する件だけをとりあげてるのですが、それでも1987年だけで、5つのresolution(決議)をveto(拒否)したようです。

チョムスキーのような輩が反米のネタにしようとすれば、こういう例はいくらでもでてくるみたいです。アメリカと国連の関係が気になってきました・・・。
