ディヤラ州で先週、二人の少女がイラク治安部隊の制服を着た
二人の男達に連れ去られ殺害された。
武装勢力は警察署長に金曜日の正午までに謝罪し、
イラク治安部隊内のシーア派民兵であると彼らが主張する男達を
逮捕するよう要求。
その期限が過ぎた後、ディヤラの覚醒評議会は、
米軍、イラク軍、地方議会との協力の停止を宣言。
