米国が経済的にダウンする前に、大した国力もない腰巾着イギリスの方がダウンしそうだ。どちらも金融自由化を先導した国だ。もちろん、持ち上げてそれに倣った日本も逃れられないけどね。

ってなわけで、英国銀行家協会自体が消費を奨励するどころから、抑制することを勧める声明を出してますね（英語のままで申し訳ありませんが）。
