masayangさんが要約してくれたクルーグマンさんの「After the Money’s Gone」というコラムで、俺がもう一つ重要な点を付け加えるとすれば、次の点だろうか。

つまり、1998年に起きたことこと同じで、一時的に融資をすれば金融機関に対する信頼は回復して問題は解決すると連銀は踏んでいた。しかし、今回は単に信頼の問題ではなかった。
