俺が問題にしたのは、例えば、この中にある国連の委任統治の延長なんかの問題をイラク議会にかけないのかってことなんだけど、このコミュニケの中には、「イラク政府」は出てくるけど、「イラク議会」はまるで出てこないんだよね。その一方で、「米国議会」ってのもまるで出てこない。これって、どっちも議会は建前としてあるだけで、同じ独裁制の状態でなかろうか。どういうわけか、米国メディアでまるで問題になっていないみたいなんだけど。
