問題は、拉致被害者の家族の行動にあったと考えられています。
Reason why they are considered as troublemakers is because of their(Ms.Takatoh and Mr.Imai) family's behavior.

家族達は被害者の安全確保を願うよりもまず、政治的信念に従って政府を批判するという行動に出ました。
The family DIDN'T ask for their son/daughter's rescue. What they screamed first was the cabinet SHOULD give order evacuation to SDF(Army). They followed their political awareness.

これは多くの日本人にとって、信じがたい事態でした。家族を愛するならば、まず息子・娘を救出せよというのではないか？と疑問を感じたのです。
For many Japanese, the family's saying was strange. Many felt they should ask for the rescue first, before expression of their political awareness, if they love their son/daughter.

さらに言うと、この家族の発言には、自衛隊員の家族への配慮が全く欠けていました。この思いやりの無さに怒った人もいました。
In addition, the family's attitude was totally lacking in sympathy or consideration to Army familys. It's very rude, so many got angry with the Takatoh and Imai family.

そこまで傲慢な態度を取るのであれば、ご自分で後の始末をつけてはどうか。そう思うようになった人も、多かったのです。
As they show their haughty and arrogant manner, many came to quiestion why our government shuld save their family. If they have enough power to ORDER our government, why they coudn't take care of their own family? Why should WE pay for it ? Is our government their servant?
