要点としては、（１）日本政府が三人を信憑性を見極めながら厳格に事情聴取することを望む。（２）人質事件解決のために多額の費用がかかっていることも考慮し、万が一三人の自作自演などが発覚すれば、法的に損害請求をすると同時に処罰すべき。

ということでしょうか。こういった意見や記事も多く見られるという事を頭に入れておいたほうが良いでしょう。必ずしも海外の意見が日本と違っていると思うのは勘違いです。
